We went to see our home loans officer, to sign off the last bit of paper work and signing off the terms and agreements and discussed how the payments will made with the bank. While the house is being constructed and the payments are progressive we are currently paying interest only until completed.
Our conveyancer went interstate so we have been recommmended to a law firm who is now handling our conveyancing all the papers they required and signed. Now comes to exciting bit the building process so now we are waiting for settlement and finally lay out the foundation of our house.

Finally we have been fully approved by LMI, we contacted our real estate agent and advised to push for an early settlement so we can get the ball rolling. We have faxed our notice of approval to the agent and he has contacted the conveyancer.

Our agent called today requesting the rest of the 5% deposit for the build which is $7,883. Our Home Loan Officer has also called that our property has been re-valued and that the price has increase by $30,000 which is a good sign as we have initialy signed the contract of sale purchased at $105,000. We are now waiting for the Lender Mortgage Insurance (LMI) to fully approve our loan, our Bank Officer has advised that they will let us know on Monday.
