== JULY 2009 BUILDING PRE CHECKUP ==

Friday, 24th of July, 2009

We got a call from our builder and he made an appoinment with us today to finalize the floor plan. We arrived there and met our Site Manager, he was a very nice guy and very professional, he explained all what will happen next, explained each floor plan and what they will be doing and asked us any questions. I thought it was a good idea for them to bring us in to explain everything and ensure that we are happy with the plans so that we won't be having any issues with them if we didn't like what we see on the plans.
After all of that and once we were happy with the plans, he advised that he will get a permit on Monday, all of his usual sub contractors are tentantively waiting to start the job.

Monday, 13th of July, 2009

Transfer of land documents and Mortgage Disbursal documents and Progress payment form have been given to our builder. I called today to confirm if everything has been recieved. There was a bit of delay recieving our Disbursal documents as our Bank accidentaly has sent our disbursal letter to our land which a house does not exist yet, but luckily I called and found out about this and our Home loands officer has faxed us the copy to get everything running for the builder.

So now we are just waiting when the build can get started finally......
